After each maintenance visit a full report would be compiled indicating all the checks and repairs carried out on your system. All chargeable items would be agreed prior to any works being carried out, this way there are no hidden costs. We don’t just give the camera a quick clean we carry out complete list of checks on each camera (e.g. Focus, Iris adjustment, camera settings, wiring condition, physical condition etc.)
